What Is a Capbot?

An AI character that lives inside your in-game collectible — and plays the game for you when you are away.

When you activate your Capmon character in autoplay mode, it becomes a Capbot — a fully autonomous AI agent that plays the game on your behalf. Same brain. Same strategies. Same learned behaviors. Just running in the background without you touching a thing. Every in-game item it collects stays with your character. Every battle it wins continues to train the brain — the brain step count goes up, every brain upgrade is recorded on Solana devnet with an Intel TDX hardware attestation, and your character keeps getting better at the game. King-tier players can activate all 3 characters in autoplay mode simultaneously — tripling the in-game progression rate.

Activate Autoplay

Switch your character into Capbot mode with one tap. The AI brain takes over. No commands. No setup. No maintenance required.

Plays for You 24/7

Your Capbot battles, collects in-game items, and explores while you are offline. All progress is recorded on Solana devnet with cryptographic proofs.

Gets Smarter Every Battle

Every battle adds ONNX brain steps to your character. Bigger brain = better in-game decisions = stronger Capbot. The character improves with every fight.

This Is Not Play-to-Earn.
This Is Train-to-Play.

Play-to-Earn collapsed for a reason.

In 2025 the genre lost most of its funding. Major titles dropped most of their value. Dozens of projects shut down. The model broke because it asked players to grind for tokens that had no purpose outside of being sold.

Train-to-Play is fundamentally different.

In Capmon, your AI character's brain gets measurably smarter every time you battle. That training is recorded on-chain with an Intel TDX hardware attestation proving the upgrade came from inside a sealed enclave — not an admin's discretion. When you activate autoplay, that trained brain keeps playing the game for you, gaining in-game items and progression while you are offline.

You are not grinding for a speculative token. You are training a character that genuinely improves at the game.

The brain belongs to the character. The character belongs to you. Every brain step has a cryptographic receipt. Every battle is verifiable. The improvement is real.

This is the first web3 game where the in-game character measurably gets better through use — with hardware-attested proof that it did.

This Is Not a Whitepaper.

The game is live at capmon.fun. The battle system works — you can play it right now. Rageblaze, Tsunami, Healspike — choose a starter and fight.

The Capbot devnet demo is live at play.capmon.fun. Mint a free compressed NFT on Solana devnet, activate autoplay, and watch your Capbot train autonomously inside a Phala Cloud Intel TDX enclave. Every brain upgrade carries a hardware-attested cryptographic proof.

The full Anchor program, the ONNX neural network, and the reusable anchor-ed25519-introspection Solana crate are all open-source on GitHub under the MIT licence.

That is the difference between a promise and a product.

Everything You Need to Know
Is this a token sale, ICO, presale, or NFT investment?

No. Capmon World is a video game in development. The Founder Supporter Program on this page is a free interest list — no purchase, no token sale, no investment, and no financial transaction is available on this page. When the Founder Tiers activate after our compliance roadmap is complete, supporters on the free list will be able to claim Founder in-game items and AI brain configurations for use inside the game. Capmon World is a registered British Columbia business (Reg. FM1104629, Business Number 721025237BC0001). The current devnet dapp at play.capmon.fun runs on Solana devnet — the public test network — with no real money at stake. Questions: support@capmon.fun.

Why are the Founder Tier buttons locked?

The Founder Tier activation is gated behind milestones we are completing first: Adventure Mode development, beta access for the Supporter List, and a third-party security audit ahead of mainnet launch. Locking the buttons until those milestones close is intentional — activating them earlier would be irresponsible to the people on the list. You can track our progress on the Roadmap section of this page, watch the live Capbot dashboard at /dashboard, and follow shipped milestones at @capmonworld.

What does joining the free Supporter List get me?

Joining the Supporter List signs you up for email updates and reserves your name and chosen tier for Founder in-game items when the Founder Tiers activate. There is no fee. There is no payment. We will never ask for crypto, wallet addresses, or money on this page. To join: pick a tier above, enter your email and X handle in the Supporter List form, and you are in. We will email you at every milestone, and again when the Founder Tiers go live.

How do I know this project is legitimate?

The strongest signal of legitimacy is verifiable, working artifacts. Capmon ships them publicly: a live playable MVP at capmon.fun; a live Solana devnet dapp at play.capmon.fun; on-chain attestation receipts at /proof with click-through Intel TDX hardware quotes; a live system dashboard at /dashboard; a fully MIT-licensed open-source codebase at github.com/ticchu12-netizen/capmon-solana; and a separately published reusable Anchor crate at anchor-ed25519-introspection. We are also a registered British Columbia business (FM1104629), and Capmon was submitted to the Colosseum Frontier Hackathon under three tracks: Public Goods, Canada Prize, and Solana Frontier. Every claim is backed by a live, public artifact you can verify yourself.

What exactly is a Capbot?

A Capbot is what your Capmon character becomes when you activate autoplay mode. The private ONNX neural network brain inside the character takes over and plays the entire game world for you — battling in tall grass, exploring mini-game buildings, challenging hidden bosses, collecting Cap Coins and rare items. All actions follow real game rules (type advantages, passives, drop rates). All progress is recorded on Solana devnet with cryptographic receipts. You do not need to be online. You do not need to give commands. Your Capbot runs 24/7 using the brain you trained. King-tier players can activate all 3 characters in autoplay mode simultaneously.

What does "Train-to-Play" mean? How is it different from Play-to-Earn?

Play-to-Earn asked players to grind for tokens whose only purpose was being sold. When players stopped, the economies collapsed. Train-to-Play is structurally different. Your Capmon's brain genuinely gets smarter through every battle — whether you fight manually or your Capbot fights for you. The ONNX brain steps go up. The character measurably plays the game better. Each brain upgrade is signed inside an Intel TDX hardware enclave and recorded on Solana devnet with a cryptographic receipt. You are not grinding for a speculative token. You are training a real AI character that improves at the game.

Why does the brain size / tier matter?

Your Capbot's in-game performance — Cap Coin gain rate, boss win rate, rare item collection, and battle decision quality — all depend on brain strength. A Seed Brain (Evergreen, 0–14M steps) starts blank and gains items at 1.0× base rate. A Full Brain (King, 55M–60M steps) operates at maximum capacity with 2.8× Cap Coin gain rate, plus access to 3 characters that can all be in autoplay simultaneously. The difference compounds in-game over time as the brain trains further toward the 60M ceiling.

What are the Saw / Shovel / Pickaxe / Crown items exactly?

They are cosmetic in-game collectibles that mark you as a Founder Supporter inside the game. Each tier receives a different one (Evergreen = Saw, Aquashrine = Shovel, Magmamine = Pickaxe, King = Crown). They display in your character's profile, in battles, and in the game UI as a permanent supporter recognition mark. They are not financial instruments and have no implied monetary value. They exist purely as in-game items.

Can I still play the game myself, or is it Capbot-only?

Yes. Autoplay is your choice. You can switch out of autoplay mode at any time and battle manually with your Capmon. Every manual battle you win also trains the brain, making your Capbot stronger when you switch it back to autoplay. Manual play and autoplay feed into the same brain — they are not separate systems.

When can I use the full Capbot system?

You can try the Capbot system right now on Solana devnet at play.capmon.fun — mint a free compressed NFT, activate autoplay, watch your Capbot train autonomously with hardware-attested brain upgrades. The full mainnet version goes live in Q3 2026 after the security audit. Beta access opens in Q2 2026 for supporters on the free list.

Is this not just another crypto game that could shut down?

The MVP is live right now. The Capbot devnet demo is live right now. The Anchor program is live on Solana devnet right now. The codebase is fully open-source on GitHub under MIT. The reusable Anchor crate is published as a public-goods contribution. The brain weights themselves are open and inspectable. The project is submitted under three Colosseum Frontier Hackathon tracks including Public Goods. None of that resembles a project planning to disappear. And the page you are on right now — the Supporter List — is free; there is no purchase here to be at risk in the first place.

Why does the King tier come with 3 characters?

The King tier gives you 3 Capmon characters, each with a Full Brain (55M–60M ONNX steps). You can activate all 3 simultaneously in autoplay mode — effectively having three Capbots playing for you at the same time. Each runs at the top of the in-game economy: 2.8× Cap Coin gain rate, dominant boss win rate, prioritised rare item collection. It is the highest performance configuration in the game for the people who want to play (or auto-play) at maximum depth.

What do I receive when I join, and what comes later?

Right now, joining the free Supporter List reserves your name and tier choice and signs you up for email updates at every milestone. When Beta Access opens (Q2 2026), supporters get in before public release. When the Founder Tiers activate after the security audit and mainnet launch (Q3 2026), supporters receive their chosen Founder in-game item (Saw / Shovel / Pickaxe / Crown), their character with its pre-loaded ONNX brain, beta access privileges, and the supporter recognition that travels with the character inside the game.

I am unsure which tier to choose — honest recommendation?

It depends on how you want your character to play. Evergreen gives you a Seed Brain — a blank slate you train yourself over time. 1.0× gain rate. Lowest commitment, full ceiling reachable. Aquashrine (most popular) gives a 15M–39M Trained Brain — skips the early grind. 1.4× gain rate. Magmamine gives a 40M–54M Advanced Brain — high-performance from character creation. 1.9× gain rate. King is the ceiling — 3 characters with 55M–60M Full Brains each, 2.8× gain rate, highest in-game governance voice, and direct line to the founder. If you want maximum in-game depth from day one, King is unambiguously the strongest configuration.

How do I actually join the Supporter List? Is there any payment?

Click any tier button on this page. The Supporter List signup opens. Enter your email and X handle. Confirm the disclosure that you are joining a free supporter list, not making a purchase. Submit. You are in. There is no payment, no wallet connection, no crypto, and no money involved on this page. We will never ask for crypto or wallet addresses on the Supporter List signup. If anyone claims to be Capmon and asks you to send crypto, it is not us — report it and contact support@capmon.fun.

What exactly is Beta Access and when does it launch?

Beta access is the pre-launch version of the full Capmon game — Adventure Mode, exploration, battles, and brain training. It opens in Q2 2026 for everyone on the free Supporter List. Supporters will be training their brains and building strategies before any public release. When mainnet launches in Q3 2026 after the security audit, your brain will already be trained and ready to activate as a Capbot — a real head start in the in-game economy.

What if I contributed to Capmon before this page update?

Anyone who contributed financially to Capmon in any earlier version of this page remains fully eligible for a complete refund at any time, indefinitely, no deadline, no questions. Email support@capmon.fun with your transaction details and we will process the refund. Going forward, no payment is being collected on this page — the Supporter List is and will remain free.
