Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Capmon World ("Capmon World," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit capmon.fun, play.capmon.fun, and related pages and services (together, the "Services").
Capmon World is a business registered in British Columbia, Canada (Registration No. FM1104629, Business Number 721025237BC0001), operating in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. We are the controller responsible for your personal information.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
When you join the Founder Supporter List, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services, we may collect:
- Email address: to send you milestone updates, Beta Access invitations, and responses to your inquiries.
- X (Twitter) handle: to associate your Supporter List entry with your social profile and connect you with the founder community.
- Discord username (optional): if you choose to provide it, to invite you to community channels.
- Any information you include in messages you send to us, for example by email.
1.2 Information from X (Twitter) when you use the Community Signal
Our Community Signal leaderboard lets you sign in with X using X's authorization (OAuth). If you choose to connect your X account, we access and process certain information from X in order to calculate and display your leaderboard rank, including:
- Your public X profile information, such as your username, display name, and profile image;
- Public posts and public engagement metrics relevant to calculating your leaderboard rank.
We only access information that is already public on X, and only as necessary to operate the leaderboard. We do not post on your behalf, and we do not access your private messages. You can revoke our access at any time in your X account settings under "Connected apps." Our use of information received from X's API is also subject to the X Developer Agreement and Policy.
1.3 Blockchain and wallet information
Our dapp at play.capmon.fun currently operates on the Solana devnet, a public test network that uses no real funds. If you connect a wallet or mint a test (devnet) collectible, we may process your public wallet address and on-chain transaction data. Please be aware that information recorded on a public blockchain is, by design, public, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot edit or delete data once it is written to a blockchain. Do not put information you wish to keep private on-chain.
1.4 Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and log data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and timestamps;
- Usage data, such as pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent;
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Consent, for sending you marketing or update emails and for non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract, to provide the Services you request, such as adding you to the Supporter List or calculating your leaderboard rank.
- Legitimate interests, to operate, secure, and improve the Services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation, to comply with applicable law.
4. How and When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics, under obligations to protect your information and use it only as instructed.
- Public leaderboard display: if you participate in the Community Signal, your public X username, profile image, and leaderboard rank may be displayed publicly on the leaderboard.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Capmon World, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share your information.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
The Services rely on third-party providers that may process your information under their own privacy policies. These currently include or may include:
- Website hosting and content delivery: our web host and image and content delivery network.
- X (Twitter): for sign-in and Community Signal functionality.
- MailerLite: our email and mailing-list provider, used to manage the Founder Supporter List and send updates and invitations.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for their practices.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. Essential cookies are necessary for the Services to function. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, are used only where permitted by law or with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, we retain Supporter List information until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed to provide updates you have requested. On-chain data cannot be deleted (see Section 1.3).
8. Your Privacy Rights
8.1 Canada (PIPEDA and BC PIPA)
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccuracies, and to withdraw consent to our use of your information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16.
8.2 EEA and UK (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
To make a request, email us at support@capmon.fun. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from update emails at any time using the link in those emails, and revoke X access in your X settings.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in Canada, and our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. These countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
12. Age Requirement and Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults. The Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
13. Blockchain Data Notice
Because the Services interact with public blockchains, certain information, such as wallet addresses and transaction records, may be recorded permanently and publicly on-chain. This information is outside our control and cannot be changed or deleted by us. Currently, our dapp operates on the Solana devnet test network, which uses no real funds.
14. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as X, GitHub, and blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
